Nadja will protect you on rainy days, it is fully waterproof and windproof with all seams taped for 100% waterproof construction. Featuring buttons to connect the coat around the legs. This coat is made from 100% polyester fabrics including the membrane. When it is no longer fit for use, the fabrics are prepared to be recycled into material for a new garment.

Featuring two-way, Aquaguard® zipper closure at the front with a protective inner placket. Two-way, one-hand adjustable fixed hood that can be rolled up and concealed inside the collar. Two front pockets with snap button closure, one mesh pocket inside. Adjustable cuffs and waist. Reflective logo printed at the chest and the shoulder, reflective tape at the hip in the back. Removable, reflective strap in the right front pocket. PFC-free water repellent finish.

We calculate our delivery prices on the weight of the items ordered. Simply add your most loved item(s) to your basket and select your delivery destination. We offer a choice of delivery services depending on the delivery destination and products ordered – 

Express
Express Delivery is our fastest delivery service, ideal for when you urgently require your items. Express Delivery is only available on items which are immediately available for delivery. If the items are not immediately available then Express delivery will not be offered as a delivery option online. In the UK Express delivery items are delivered the next working weekday (deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands may take an additional working day) providing orders have been received and have passed security checks by 2pm on a working day.

Standard
Standard delivery is delivered within 3-5 days (Monday - Saturday). Our website displays specific delivery prices for each order.

Security checks and cut off time

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or on public holidays will be not be despatched until the next working day, subject to product availability.

Orders are despatched as soon as possible. We have a 2pm cut off time; orders which pass payment verification after this time are treated as having been received on the next working week day. Payment verification generally takes 1-2 hours from when an order is placed, but occasionally can take longer. We recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How delivery costs are calculated
Delivery costs for all orders are calculated according to the weight and/or volume of the items ordered and the chosen delivery destination. Delivery options will be offered according to stock availability.

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it is not up to scratch, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 28 days and providing it is in its original condition with tags attached, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

• Just email us at office@houseofcountry.co.uk to notify and we will provide you with the returns information. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
• Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt. Should you have any queries about the status of your return, please email us.
• We hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any items being faulty; we will either refund or exchange the items for you. If you receive any broken crockery, don't worry about returning it to us, just send us a photo to (email address) and we'll either exchange or replace the item(s) for you.
• If you are returning items that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
• Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached.

Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
